Is it really one price for the entire Christmas season?
Yes, we charge a one time price for the rental.
When is the soonest I can receive a tree?
We begin delivering trees starting November 1st.
How long after Christmas do I wait until the tree is picked up?
We start picking up trees on December 27 and continue through January 4th. We do not pick up trees on December 31st and January 1st.
What happens if I damage the tree or other items?
Damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer. We will make every attempt to repair the damage, but if we are unable to, you will be responsible for the replacement of the item.
Is a deposit required?
We do not collect deposits. Once you have paid for your tree and other items, and select your drop of and pick up dates, you are good to go.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes we do! If you need to cancel your rental, you can do so and receive a full refund up to 7 days prior to your drop off date. If you cancel within 7 days of your drop off date, we will refund 50% of your rental price.
Do you setup the tree?
We do not setup the Christmas trees. Because each house and business are different, we feel it’s best to let our customers setup their tree and place it where they feel it fits the best.
